If you want advice after a conviction or sentence, contact us promptly. Time limits may be short. We need to establish the court, relevant dates and the documents available before advising on the route forward.

We can discuss a defined review of the evidence or strategy. Tell us whether you already have representation so that the proposed work and communication arrangements are clear.
A realistic assessment
We explain the issues identified, further material required and the available options. A review does not guarantee that an appeal can be brought or will succeed. The proposed work and price are agreed in advance.
