PETER BONNER PRIVATE DEFENCE
Private Drugs & Conspiracy Defence in London & Kent
Defence focused on your role and the evidence.
A case built from complex evidence
Drugs and conspiracy allegations may involve phone downloads, encrypted messages, financial records, forensic findings and evidence concerning several defendants. A large prosecution case still requires careful attention to what is alleged against each individual.
From investigation to trial
Tell us whether you have been invited to interview, arrested, charged or given a court date. We can discuss the immediate work required, review the evidence available and identify further material that may need to be obtained.
A considered defence strategy
We explain the decisions ahead in plain language. Where specialist counsel or experts are needed, we discuss their relevant experience, availability and likely cost with you.
Private representation and funding
We agree a price for a defined stage and scope of work. We also accept Legal Aid instructions, and independent police station advice is free. Ask us to explain the funding options available for your case.

Private fees are agreed for a defined scope. We do not require payments on account. Counsel, experts and other costs are discussed separately where needed.
