A standard one-day trial
Our standard one-day Magistrates’ Court road-traffic trial package is £3,000 including VAT. It covers ordinary prosecution papers, standard preparation and representation for one trial day. Suitability and scope are confirmed in writing.
What is priced separately
A separate first hearing, case-management hearing, return hearing after adjournment, extra trial day or separate sentencing hearing is additional work. Specialist counsel, experts and other disbursements are excluded unless expressly included in the written agreement.
